Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

sinds kort kan ik niet meer printen vanaf de pc. Wel met m'n macbook.

Dus geprobeerd de software opnieuw erop te zetten wat echter niet lukt. Voor het herkennen van de printer duurt erg lang.

bij 99% stopt de installatie, omdat het te lang duurt. Heb van alles uitgezet aan defender en  avg.

Maar het probleem blijft. 

Helaas is HP in Amsterdam niet te bereiken.

Wie weet een oplossing. Thxs

Er is wel door windows op 11 oktober drie updates gedaan. Misschien zit die in de weg. Kon echter maar twee updates verwijderen

recently I can no longer print from the PC. With my macbook though.

So I tried to put the software back on, but that didn't work. It takes a long time to recognize the printer.

the installation stops at 99% because it takes too long. I plotted everything on defender and avg.

But the problem remains.

Unfortunately HP cannot be reached in Amsterdam.

Who knows a solution. Thxs

Windows did do three updates on October 11th. Maybe it's in the way. However, I could only remove two updates

Provide the printer model number or the product number?

 

Meanwhile:

Perform a power reset

  1. Turn on the printer, if it is not already on.
  2. Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
  3. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
  4. Wait at least 30 seconds.
  5. Plug back the power cable straight to a wall outlet without any surge protector and printer.
  6. Turn on the printer.

This might be a hardware issue.

I request you to talk to HP support.

They might have multiple options to help you with this.

  1. Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
  2. Select the country.
  3. Enter the serial of your device.
  4. Select the country from the drop-down.
  5. Click on "Show Options".
  6. Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
