Hello,
having issues installing the printer software and windows drivers for an HP 4650 printer.
The install will complete, but when I try to print wirelessly, windows complains that the printer driver
is the incorrect version or not installed. Actually there was one error screen that said Windows 10 does not allow NT4.0 drivers?
I have tried to install both the full version, and the basic version of the firmware.
This printer has been working in the past for about a year wirelessly with no issues. I had to reinstall Windows 10
with the latest version recently, and that is when I started having issues printing.
I have completely removed all of the HP applications from the computer and reinstalled several times.
The computer is able to see the printer over the wireless network, HP print Dr. is also able to communicate with the
printer. it gets the ink level information, and at one time was able to print a test page from it.
Any suggestions!
