LaserJet pro M402n
Microsoft Windows 11

Hello hp Community,
I have two HP LaserJet Pro M402n and two PCs facing same issue, both PCs are Windows 11.

I have installed the printer on one of them before 1 one year without any problem,

But Now, the printer not printing, and can't cancel the queue list normally, I force cancel them by manually but still not printing and make waiting queue list.

here is the problem now:

I removed the printer, then start trying install it again,

after run the driver program it start normally until reach 99%

then this message appear (an install operation took too long to execute)

I tried lots of solutions:

- uninstall any existing HP M402 or LaserJet software

- stop and restart the printer spooler

- manually deleting the previous queue list from the temporary file has them

- run the driver from the printer CD.
non of them worked.

I would be grateful if you have a suggestion for solving this problem.
