Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have been given an HP Photosmart C4280 printer but I am having problems installing it. I assume its the drivers not being available.

Easystart doesn't work and the computer does not accept that there is any printer to connect. Any help would be appreciated.

I appreciate that this is a very old printer and it may not be possible to connect this. It copies documents fine but wont connect. I'm using a USB connection.

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

I understand that you are unable to install the printer, I am glad to assist you.

There is no particular printer driver available for Windows 10 operating system.

However, you can install the printer using Windows built-in driver.
