Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan

I am trying to re-install the HP software for this printer on my MacBook Pro, OS X El Capitan, 10.11.6. I've completed steps 1, 2, & 3. Step 4 reads, "Click the Use or Print Using menu, then select the name of your printer".  Where is/how do I get to the Use or Print Using menu?  I've looked for answers to this query only to find one answer that simply copied the instructions for Step 4, never explaining where to find the Use or Print Using menu.

I'll be most grateful for help with my problem.
