Hi

 

Im trying to sign up for instant ink (which i need to do to get to install the drivers) and it thinks I live in the USA so I cant put in a valid shipping address for the cartridges.  There is no obvious way to disuade it that I live in America....any ideas?

Hi thanks...I sorted in the end by going back to my hp connected account and changing the origin there. For some reason it had defaulted to the USA. Thanks for your help!

Hi,

 

What browser are you using? Try enroling using the Google chrome browser to see if that helps.

 

If you haven't already, when enoling using the link below, click the country flag in the top right to change in which you want to enrol. The link below shoudl default to the US.
