Product: HP LJ MFP M477dfw
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Cannot print from Powerpoint, Preview, etc. All Macs in my household have current HP print drivers and current Catalina patches. We can print to other printers, but not HP. Issue just started occurring around the week of Oct. 24, 2020. All recommend fixes do NOT work: reset PRAM, Reset Print Queue, downloaded current drivers from HP, installed Live Desk. The HP Live Desk test page prints NOTHING ELSE DOES, from any machine.

Please, HP! Address this issue properly - we need a firmware update or new drivers. My business is dead in the water and cannot print important documents effectively.

I could really use some help from HP.

 

We are still dead in the water - cannot print!! This issue has been ongoing for years apparently, WHERE IS HP SUPPORT?
