HP DeskJet 3750 All-in-One Printer

I am trying to set up my HP DeskJet 3750 all-in-one series printer. It doesn't automatically recognise it. I go to WiFi to select it and I get asked a password. I used the 12345678 which I have found on this site. I get connected and still nothing happened. My network blue led keeps blinking.  What do I do??  I am about to loose my mind. If you give the option to connect with the ethernet cable you better including it in the package!!!!!!!! such a bad service

Hi @LaAle4,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds like you're experiencing some difficulties with setting up your HP DeskJet 3750 printer on your Wi-Fi network. Let's troubleshoot the issue step by step.

Ensure Correct Password:

  • Double-check that you're entering the correct Wi-Fi password. It's important to use the exact password associated with your Wi-Fi network.

Stable Wi-Fi Connection:

  • Make sure that your Wi-Fi network is stable. If there are issues with your Wi-Fi connection, it may affect the printer's ability to connect.

Printer Placement:

  • Ensure that the printer is placed within a reasonable range of your Wi-Fi router to maintain a strong signal.

Reset Network Settings:

  • On the printer's control panel, navigate to the Wireless menu, and then select "Settings."
  • Choose "Restore Network Defaults" or a similar option to reset the printer's network settings.
  • Once done, go through the wireless setup process again.

Use WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup):

  • If your router supports WPS, you can try using it for a simplified connection.
  • Press the WPS button on your router and then press the Wireless button on your printer within 2 minutes.

Update Firmware:

  • Ensure that your printer has the latest firmware. Visit the HP support website, enter your printer model, and download any available firmware updates.

HP Smart App:

  • Consider using the HP Smart app for setup. It can guide you through the process and might provide additional troubleshooting options.

Regarding the Ethernet cable, you can purchase one separately if you prefer a wired connection. Most printers don't include an Ethernet cable in the package, but they usually have the option to connect via Ethernet if you provide the cable. You can find Ethernet cables at electronics or computer supply stores.

I hope these steps help you resolve the connectivity issue with your HP DeskJet 3750 printer.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
