Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
Here's a simple step-by-step guide to connect your HP OfficeJet 8015e All-in-One Printer to your laptop wirelessly. Technology can be confusing at times, you're doing great by reaching out!
How to Connect Your HP Printer to Your Laptop Wirelessly
Step 1: Prepare Your Printer
- Turn on your printer.
- Make sure it’s connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your laptop.
- On the printer screen, go to Settings > Network Setup > Wireless Settings.
- Choose Wireless Setup Wizard and follow the prompts to connect to your Wi-Fi.
Step 2: Install HP Smart App on Your Laptop
- On your laptop, open a web browser and go to: https://123.hp.com
- Download and install the HP Smart app.
- Open the app and sign in or create an HP account if prompted.
Step 3: Add Your Printer
- In the HP Smart app, click “Add Printer”.
- It will search for nearby printers. Select your HP OfficeJet 8015e from the list.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.
Step 4: Print a Test Page
Try printing a test page from the HP Smart app or any document from your laptop to make sure everything works.
Tips
- Make sure your Wi-Fi is working and both devices are on the same network.
- If the printer doesn’t show up, try restarting both the printer and your laptop.
