I don't understand if it depends on the drivers or not. I downloaded them from the HP site. I use the ubuntu 14.04 LTS (extended support) operating system, so updated. The printer in question as soon as I turn it on prints the first sheet, then no longer prints, it prints pages with a line of hieroglyphs. To get it printed again, I always have to turn it off and on again, and in any case it prints only one page, the first. That is, if a document is made up of two, it prints only one. And some things do not print just for example a print screen or some pdf, not even all. It is not clear what he has. Why pages yes and others no? also of the same formats?

I don't know if it's a driver problem or not. Can you help me ? I can't contact HP there are no phones or mail, it's an impressive thing, a company so big that you can't contact. I registered on the site I registered the printer but it does not show me support and service numbers.

non comprendo se dipenda dai driver o meno. Li ho scaricati dal sito HP. Usoi il sistema operativo ubuntu 14.04 LTS (extended support), per cui aggiornato. La stampante in questione appena la accendo stampa il primo foglio , poi non stampa più, stampa pagine con un rigo di geroglifici. Per tornare a farla stampare devo sempre spegnerla e riaccenderla, e comunque stampa una pagina sola, la prima. Ovvero se un documento è fatto di due ne stampa una sola. E alcune cose non le stampa proprio ad esempio un print screen oppure alcuni pdf, neanche tutti. Non si capisce proprio cosa abbia. Perchè pagine si e altre no? anche di uguali formati?  

Non so se è un problema di driver o meno. Potete aiutarmi ? Non riesco a contattare HP non ci sono telefoni ne mail , è una cosa impressionante, un'azienda cosi grande che non si riesce a contattare. Mi sono registrato sul sito ho registrato la stampante ma non mi mostra numeri di supporto e assistenza.
