Product: LaserJet m254dw

For some reason, my printer stopped working. I have a laserjet m254dw and now all it says is driver unavailable. I operate on Windows 10 Home. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the printer but nothing helps. Can someone help me figure out this issue. I have looked here in help articles and nothing seems to be helping. Thanks.

I understand you are not able to print from your computer. Let us try these steps:

 

Run HP Print and Scan Doctor to diagnose and fix any driver issue

Click here to download the file. Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and click on 'Fix printing'.

If the issue persists, proceed to the next step.

 

Use the HP Smart app to print and scan from your Win 10 PC

Click here to download and know more about the app.
