hello, i have mx linux 18,3 installed on my machine. i have\an hp mfp m283fdw: print work from my pc but scan don't work. next i have installed hplip 3.18.12 for trying to fix it but hplip don't see my hp, i have tried both wifi, ethernet and usb cable.
now i have removed hplip.
which number version i had to install of hplip?
i must upgrade mxlinux? now has arrived to mx 19
please help me

Hi,
Your printer requires HPLIP 3.19.12, so you must update it first indeed:

You may download the latest HPLIP using below link:

ok, it tells me to install some packages but few of them i dont find with terminal.
