locked display

I have researched everywhere but cant get access to most hp answers so im trying to find out why im locked out of my HP 9018 printer. i never set up a password but now the wireless wifi settings are admin and password locked.  im looking to either find out hoe to factory reset the printer with the lockout or fond the correct password ,

I tried a combination of admin suggestions but nothing works even no password. my email is [personal information removed] in case i cant read your answer.
