The full software solution package is missing from the m227fdn software and drivers webpage.

Same issue here and I believe this is the reason why printer installation fails on the drivers download part, and I am not able to use the printer at all. Any help appreciated, thank you.

I bought this item from Lazada, and like all of you, I couldn't install the printer in my laptop. The reason why I purchased this item from Lazada is they guarantee the full return and refund policy. But, HP is not providing the installation software, and Lazada is refusing to refund. I am so disappointed to HP and Lazada.
