I need help resetting the region of my printer.

HP Support Facebook help me get to the reset page but a warning emerged saying "This printer has used up the number of times that its region can be changed" - which is not true as I could never change the region.

I have the full driver, HP toner from original market as well as new market, connected via USB.

Please can some one help me?
