How can I get my m479fdw printer to print the font in my WORD or PowerPoint document? The printer changes the font to the point where the document when printed looks like a ransom note from a kidnapper. I am printing from an iPad Pro. Thank you.

You have to install those fonts to your computer first. If no available fonts on your computer, printer will use best fit fonts OR rubbish.
Regards.

I don’t think you understand. The fonts are perfect in my word or PowerPoint document. The printer should print exactly what is on my screen but it doesn’t. It selects different font and especially uses bold and unbolt print on its own.Thank you.

There are a couple of possibilities. As @banhien suggested, it may be that you have fonts on your computer that are either not compatible with the printer or are not TrueType fonts and are not understood by the printer and it tries to replace with the closest thing it can. As you do not state the actual fonts, there is some conjecture here. It could also be your choice of printer driver that is causing an issue. Which printer driver do you have installed?
