I set up a new M608 printer and we put in an extra paper tray and the envelope feeder tray. I want to set this to automatically pull pre-printed letterhead from tray 3 and envelopes from tray 4 and plain paper from tray 2. How do I need to configure this so our CSR's can print without selecting and getting the wrong paper?

This will require configuring the paper trays and ensuring that the paper size and paper type match the actual media. So for the tray with pre-printed you would set size to size of media, say letter and then set the paper type to "preprinted" Then in your programs you need to ensure that the print job is configured to print on preprinted media. I have some clients who use the print driver quick sets to accomplish this. That said I have run into a a few situations where it was necessary to modify the tray behaviour on the printer using the "use requested tray exclusively" option.
