Product: LaserJet MFP M234dw
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I am unable to find any drivers for M234, tried using both HP Easy Admin and HP Easy Start. Adding the printer via IP address (using HP Jetdirect - Socket) gets me a "Generic PostScript Printer" driver. I have tried searching not only for the M234dw but for pretty much everything that might qualify (232-237), to no avail. The 5.1.1 version of HP Drivers on Apple website (updated last year) does not have this model. Any help with finding the driver will be greatly appreciated. TIA.

HP Easy Start is intended for older HP printers, current HP printers are supported on a Mac computer using the HP Smart app and AirPrint connection from a Mac.

Thanks for your reply. HP Smart does not find the printer, even though it's definitely online. It is connected via Ethernet; Wi-Fi printing is permanently disabled on our network. Firmware is up-to-date.
