Product: All-in-One 6950
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, Dell laptop (Windows 10)connecting to HP6950 All-In-One printer wireless.  The system was a Windows 10-S when purchased and was changed to non-S.

 

My problem is that every time I add the printer to my laptop the memory usage on stisvc (WIA) keeps climbing.  Causes the system to run out of memory (12 gig Ram is configured). The only way I can stop the memory usage is to remove the printer.  

I would prefer to leave the printer configured but this causes the above issues.  This is not happening on my other systems.

 

Any ideas?
