Please try to install with the next steps:
(1) Connect a USB cable between Deskjet printer and Mac computer:
- Reliez l'imprimante Deskjet à l'ordinateur Mac à l'aide d'un câble USB :
(2) Then install printer with HP Easy Start for Mac:
- Installez ensuite l'imprimante à l'aide de HP Easy Start pour Mac :
