Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Trying to install driver with direct usb connection.  Gets to point where it says to connect to computer after connection doesn't respond to connection so I can't move ahead with install.  When I got to control panel and add printer it installs a print driver but I don't have use of scanner.

paid the $39 for support the solution was to go to setup then service then usb speed and change it to from high to full then go through the driver program.
