My HP psc 2210 printer would not print after latest windows update. HP directed me to "tech support" which turned out to be micsupport.com. They claimed my PC was hacked and proceeded to "fix" it and continue to protect it with a $1200 support package. At the end, the printer is too old and no Win 10 drivers are available, understandable. I have no other evidence that my PC was hacked. Is micsupport.com legit? I find no network firewall packages on their website.

It appears that I was on a scam website. HP has no record of my chat session. The correct HP support website is support.hp.com. The site I was on was hpprintersupportpro.com. My bad! Be very careful that you are on a legit website!
