Product: HP Officejet Pro X476dw MFP
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

we have printers HP Officejet Pro X476dw MFP. We would like to set Job Storage and PIN Printing.

 

Problem is that I cannot see  Job Storage under Printer properties - General - Preference in Windows 10. I tried it on more computers, but same result.

 

I did download and installation for driver printer on OS Windows 10: HP Universal Print Driver for Windows PCL6 (64-bit) - 6.6.0.23029. 

  

Printer firmware version on X476dw: LWP1CN1640AR

it is solved,

 

you have to download driver PLC 6 from HP support, install it and you have to force to use the driver
