Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9730e Wide Format All-in-One Printer

I wanted to reset my printer officejet pro 9730e . the printer asks for the original inktcartridges.

They were already replaced with the right cartidges from hp.

Now i can't reset the printer.

Can i get a solution

Supposedly the following will fix the problem.   If it works, consider making a youtube video and posting the link here.


OfficeJet 9730e code

So on the printer screen you see * and # to bypass it I tap * # * * I open the printer access door and close it again. This method helped me bypass the setup cartridges and now the printer is fully functioning.
