Hi @LPPisme,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

Scanning multiple pages into one document on an HP OfficeJet Pro 9019/Premier All-In-One Printer when you're using a Windows 11 system involves a process that you can typically manage through the HP printer software installed on your computer. Here is a general guide on how you can do it:

Ensure Printer Software is Installed: First, make sure that you have the HP printer software installed on your Windows 11 computer. If not, you can download it from the HP website. Look for the software specific to your HP OfficeJet Pro 9019/Premier model.

Load Your Documents: Place the first page of your document face down on the scanner glass, or if your printer has an automatic document feeder (ADF), you can load multiple pages into the ADF.

Open HP Printer Software: Navigate to the HP printer software on your computer. You can usually find it by searching for "HP" in your Windows search bar.

Choose Scan: Within the HP printer software, select the option to scan. You might need to choose your printer first if it’s not automatically selected.

Select Scan Type: Choose the type of scan you want to perform. For multiple pages, you will likely want to choose a 'Document' scan rather than a 'Photo' scan.

Select Document File Type: Choose the file type you want for your scanned document. PDF is a common format for multiple pages because it supports multiple pages in one file.

Choose Save as PDF: Look for an option that allows you to save your scan as a PDF. This option might also give you the ability to scan multiple pages into one file. If there's a setting for scanning multiple pages or an option like "Save all to one file," make sure it’s selected.

Start Scanning: Begin scanning your first page. If you're using the ADF, the printer should automatically scan all pages in the feeder. If you're using the scanner glass, you might need to manually change pages between scans. The software may prompt you to scan additional pages, depending on the version.

Save Your Document: Once all pages are scanned, follow the prompts to save your document. Choose a familiar location on your computer to save it, so it's easy to find later.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
