Product: HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 2545 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, my HP 2545 deskjet ink advantage printer. Unable to add to HP Smart app on my dell lap top windows 10. Gives error ‘ No printer found’. Tried restarts, printer cable disconnecting , restart both lap top n printer. Cables ok.
Request help to enable add printer to HP smart asap.
Printer FOU A9U23-64001.
Printer working ok for print work without HP smart. So unable to use printer for scanning.
Request resolve earliest pls.
