my computer does not recognize my printer hp envy 5000

my printer is an hp envy 5055 all in one printer.  I could not get anything to print.  I removed the printer and tried to add it back (this worked once before).  My computer does not recognize my printer and will not add it.

What is the current OS on your computer?

Are you getting any errors or wifi connectivity issues?

Are you using the hp smart app? If yes uninstall and reinstall.

Also, perform the steps from this document and see how it goes.
