Product: hp laser jet pro mfp m28w
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

my printer will only print in duplex, which means i only get one page at a time and i am too ignorant to put sheet in to print other side. i was able to see that it wants to print both sides, but am unable to change it. i tried removing printer and starting over but now i cannot get the printer to be recognized to install. i know it is a cheap printer, but i expected better from hp. i've had it several years with hardwire, never could get it to connect wifi. and now it wants to print duplex, and of  course it will not install.

Hi,

What exact application are you printing from?

 

Can you see the same results when printing from any application, such as from MS Word for an example?
