hello I have a brand new hp photosmart c4400, ive just taken out of thebox andwas going through printer alingment when it comes to printing the alingment page, the printer isnt printing ink onto the paper. i have tried several times and for some reason ink isnt working. Idk what to do. i got this from my gtandmothers office. she had never used it or even opened the box so im not too sure whats going on.

HP Recommended

If the printer is printing blank pages out you need to install new fresh ink cartridges. The ones you have dried out from old age.
