HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 4675

hello,

i had my DeskJet 4675 for about 6 years and it worked almost always great (minus some print errors here and there),
today when i came to print something, it suddenly showed this error code.

( it was connected to wifi and I didn't used it for the last two days )

i tried pressing the power button to check if it was not a single time error but the printer didn't respond,

or showed any sign of the printer being on.

i tried taking the cable out of the printer and then plug it in back to still no respond but a white flash in the beginning.
my questing is if my printer is completely cooked or there is hope and somehow a way to fix it?the last error before the printer want blankthe last error before the printer want blank

Hi @T_SH,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

The error code 83C0000B on HP printers often indicates a hardware failure or an internal error that might not be easily fixable. Given that the printer is not powering on or showing any signs of life except for a brief white flash, it’s possible that there could be a serious internal issue.

Here are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot.

  • Check Power Supply: Ensure that the power cord and adapter are securely connected. If possible, try using a different power outlet or a different power cord if you have one available.
  • Perform a Hard Reset: Unplug the printer from the power source and leave it unplugged for about 60 seconds. Then, plug it back in and see if it powers up.
  • Inspect for Physical Damage: Look for any visible signs of damage to the printer, such as burnt components or damaged connectors.
  • Reset to Factory Settings: If the printer does power on briefly, you might be able to perform a factory reset. This can sometimes resolve firmware issues. Check the user manual for specific instructions on how to perform a reset.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
