Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

my hp solution center software has stopped working. When I start it a splash page with a facebook 'f' icon, accompanied with and  'i' icon displays, directly after the solution center version page. clicking on the splash does nothing. any one know why the software broke? Probably time to throw this printer away. planned obsolescence strikes again. Bad thing is, i can't afford to replace it. retiree budget now.

As Adobe Flash reach its end of life stage and no longer work, HP Solution Center is no longer supported.

 

You may check the HP Scan and Capture option to scan with the printer.

It would have been nice if HP had sent out an alert that we needed to install new software. I have been registered with them for years, but it wouldn't take my user id, when I started looking for help. So....I had to register all over again. 😐
