Printer will scan, copy will not print documents

Welcome to the HP Community --

 

If the printer scans, the hardware used to COPY is likely OK.

 

Start here:

How to Copy

 Make copies with an HP printer

 

How to Print on both sides of the paper – Duplex – 2-sided

 Print on both sides of the paper with an HP printer

NOTE >> If manual duplex is switched on and only even / odd pages print, switch off the manual duplex option om the print software / driver.

 

What else?

 

If not done, perhaps check how you have set the Default Copy Options

 

Open your Browser > Type / enter the Printer IP address into URL / Address bar

Section Copy > Default Copy Options

 

AND

 

Open your Browser > Type / enter the Printer IP address into URL / Address bar

Section Paper > Trays > click on Tray to configure

Next (as available)

Section Print > Default Print Options > Select default options / tray

 

 

Reminder:  Options are Printer Model Dependent
