hi i had a problem in my printer have  my HP 7740 all in one printer i bought it  from Dubai since 4 years , i came  to California with my printer and the  Cartridge number its  953  .

In the State they area only  selling 952 i bought the cartridge  952 and it's not working i ask your support team online  they sad its equivalent  the 952 but it's not working what i shall do please i need help since 15 days i am trying to finish this issue
