Don’t know what has changed yesterday when I tried to send jobs to the printer the screen turn blue and displayed C4EB8024 and all other lights are flashing.  nothing prints

I see that the printer is in an error state, I'd recommend you follow the steps from the document  '0xc19a0005' or Similar Error Code Displays to resolve the issue.

 

If the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
