Product: HP DeskJet 2724 All-in-One Printer

This is CRAZY! I've been trying to get some help for over an hour with the "virtual assistant" and haven't gotten anywhere! I am hoping someone can help me "wake" my printer up, in language a senior can understand. It says my printer is asleep.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

 

I see that you are facing issues with your HP DeskJet 2724 All-In-One Printer wherein it does not wakeup from sleep mode.

  

Please download and install the firmware update by following the steps from this document. (Click on the word document to open the web page).
