My Laserjet Pro M15w is not detected after Firmware update and the orange rectangle is light is always on now. 

It might be that I used the wrong Firmware file.

Can you help me please !!!

Steps to Address the Issue:

Reset the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer and disconnect the power cable.
  • Wait for about a minute to ensure the printer is completely powered off.
  • Reconnect the power cable and turn the printer back on.

Check Connections:

  • Ensure that all cables (power, USB, network) are securely connected.
  • Try connecting the printer to a different USB port on your computer.

Use the Correct Firmware:

  • Ensure you use the correct firmware file for the HP LaserJet Pro M15w Printer.

Install Firmware Again:

  • Download the latest firmware for your printer from the official HP Support Website.
  • Follow the instructions provided to install the firmware correctly. Ensure your printer is connected to your computer and is detected before starting the installation process.

Reinstall Printer Software:

Uninstall Existing Printer Software:

  • Go to Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features.
