Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra

my printer will not let me change the settings on it due to the fact it was locked when installed. how do i fix this issue or can i restore it to its original settings

Is the printer asking the administrator password?

 

If Yes, Let's try performing Semi-full the printer.

 

I have sent you a private message, to reset the printer that cannot be shared in a public post.
