The printer will not print anything I select on my pc. It is switched on and the wifi connection is excellent.

This video reviews the step-by-step method to connect your HP DeskJet 2752e all-in-one printer to your home or office WiFi network. You can do it in a few minutes and start wireless scanning and printing. Welcome To My Youtube Channel - Copy Print Scan https://www.youtube.com/c/CopyPrintScanChannel

Hi @Tommy2026,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

Thank you for the details. When the printer is powered on and shows a good Wi‑Fi signal but does not print from the computer, HP identifies this as a communication or driver queue issue, not a hardware fault.

Please follow the approved steps below in sequence.

Step 1: Confirm the printer is set as the default

  1. Open Control Panel
  2. Select Devices and Printers
  3. Locate your HP printer
  4. Ensure it has a green checkmark

If not:

  • Right‑click → Set as default printer

Step 2: Clear the stuck print queue

  1. Right‑click your printer → See what’s printing
  2. Click Printer (top menu)
  3. Select:
  4. Cancel All Documents
  5. Close the window

Now power reset:

  • Turn the printer OFF
  • Unplug the power for 60 seconds
  • Turn it back ON

Step 3: Check printer status (very important)

  1. Go back to Devices and Printers
  2. Right‑click your printer → See what’s printing
  3. In the menu, make sure these are unchecked
    • Pause Printing → must be OFF
    • Use Printer Offline → must be OFF

If either is checked, click to remove it.

Step 4: Verify the correct port is selected

  1. Right‑click printer → Printer properties
  2. Go to the Ports tab
  3. Ensure the checked port is:
    • Standard TCP/IP port with your printer’s IP
      (example: 192.168.x.x)

If you see the WSD port:

Leave for now, continue next steps (driver reinstall will correct it)

I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!
