I accidentally removed printer (because it randomly decides not to work in our office and we have to shut it down and clear print tasks in order to restart it).  I now can't see it through adobe because it says my driver is missing.  I need to find a driver to install it. please help

@Anticus, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding driver issue!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

To assist you with finding and installing a driver for your printer to connect wirelessly from your laptop, please follow these steps:

Identify Your Printer Model: First, you need to know the exact model of your HP printer. This information is crucial for locating the correct driver.

Visit the HP Support Website:

  • Go to HP's official support website.
  • Use the search function to enter your printer model.
  • Navigate to the "Software and Drivers" section associated with your printer.

Download the Driver:

  • Locate the driver that corresponds with your printer model and your operating system (e.g., Windows, macOS).
  • Click "Download" to obtain the necessary driver installation package.

Install the Driver:

  • Open the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions to install the driver.
  • During installation, choose the option for a wireless connection. Ensure your printer is powered on and connected to the same network as your computer.

Configure the Printer:

  • Follow any additional setup instructions, which may include running HP's printer setup software to finalize the wireless connection.

Test the Printer:

  • Once installed, open Adobe or any other application and try sending a print job to ensure everything is functioning correctly.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
