Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

no driver on the c310a driver page, tried the print and scan doctor on the driver page, tells me I need a driver, click "get Installer" takes me back to the driver page...no driver.

any help appreciated.

I understand you are looking for a printer driver to work on Win 7. However, due to its age, there are no drivers available for this printer.

You may try to install the printer using Windows built-in driver

Refer to this document to know how. Try printing. Use Deskjet 990c driver if your printer is not listed.

Refer to this document HP printer setup (Windows built-in driver) for help.

 

If this does not help, and the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
