Try these steps:
Uninstall the Existing Printer Driver
Open Control Panel:
- Go to the Start menu, and type "Control Panel" in the search bar.
- Click on Control Panel from the search results.
Remove the Printer:
- In Control Panel, click on Devices and Printers.
- Right-click on your HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e printer and click Remove device.
Uninstall HP Software:
- Go to Programs and Features in Control Panel.
- Find HP-related software (usually begins with "HP"), select it, and then click Uninstall.
Download and Install the Latest Driver
Visit HP Support:
- Navigate to the HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads page.
Locate Your Printer:
- Enter your printer model, HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e, in the search bar.
- Select your operating system, if prompted.
Download the Driver:
- Look for the Full Feature Software and Drivers package from the list and click Download.
Install the Driver:
- Once downloaded, open the installer file.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to install the driver and setup your printer.
Configure Your Printer
Connect to Your Printer:
- Ensure your printer is turned on and connected to the same network as your computer.
Add Printer:
- Go back to Devices and Printers through Control Panel.
- Click on Add a printer and follow the prompts to add your HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e.
Test Your Printer
- Print a Test Page:
- Right-click on your printer in Devices and Printers.
- Select Printer Properties and then click on Print Test Page to ensure everything is working correctly.
