Try these steps:

Uninstall the Existing Printer Driver

Open Control Panel:

  • Go to the Start menu, and type "Control Panel" in the search bar.
  • Click on Control Panel from the search results.

Remove the Printer:

  • In Control Panel, click on Devices and Printers.
  • Right-click on your HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e printer and click Remove device.

Uninstall HP Software:

  • Go to Programs and Features in Control Panel.
  • Find HP-related software (usually begins with "HP"), select it, and then click Uninstall.

Download and Install the Latest Driver

Visit HP Support:

Locate Your Printer:

  • Enter your printer model, HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e, in the search bar.
  • Select your operating system, if prompted.

Download the Driver:

  • Look for the Full Feature Software and Drivers package from the list and click Download.

Install the Driver:

  • Once downloaded, open the installer file.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to install the driver and setup your printer.

Configure Your Printer

Connect to Your Printer:

  • Ensure your printer is turned on and connected to the same network as your computer.

Add Printer:

  • Go back to Devices and Printers through Control Panel.
  • Click on Add a printer and follow the prompts to add your HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e.

Test Your Printer

  1. Print a Test Page:
    • Right-click on your printer in Devices and Printers.
    • Select Printer Properties and then click on Print Test Page to ensure everything is working correctly.
