Hi @Kent1970,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

To uninstall and reinstall your HP Envy Inspire 7900e All-in-One printer, follow these steps:

Uninstall the Printer

On Windows:

Disconnect the Printer:

  • Unplug the printer from your computer or disconnect it from the Wi-Fi network.

Open Settings:

  • Click on the Start menu and select Settings (gear icon).

Go to Devices:

  • Select Devices, then click on Printers & scanners.

Remove the Printer:

  • Find your HP Envy Inspire 7900e in the list, click on it, and select Remove device.

Uninstall Software (if applicable):

  • Go to Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features.
  • Look for any HP software (like HP Smart or HP Print and Scan Doctor) in the list. Click on it and select Uninstall.

On macOS:

Open System Preferences:

  • Click the Apple icon and select System Preferences.

Go to Printers & Scanners:

  • Click on Printers & Scanners.

Remove the Printer:

  • Select your HP Envy Inspire 7900e from the list and click the - (minus) button to remove it.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
