Welcome to the HP Community --

HP does not typically make available outdated printer software --

True - The current Windows Full Feature Software has had the OCR stripped from the installation package - removed mid 2022.

If you are seeking the old software because you want to retrieve a version that includes the embedded OCR,

If you have an installation package somewhere in your own backups or archives,

If the installation package is for at least Windows 10,

Then that package will perhaps work for Windows 11.

The installation of the full driver generally adds at least one, possibly two shortcuts to the Desktop.

Note Printer Assistant, HP Scan Assistant, and HP Scan are dependent on printer model and supported software options.

Hi,

apologies for jumping in unannounced.

You mention an outdated driver for Windows 11, an outdated driver is not available, but the latest driver below fully supports Windows 11:

If you experience any issue, please clarify what exact problem or behavior you experience.
