I am guessing you are not finding the process easy at all, cannot manage to download, save, and / or install, or are having other issues so far left unsaid.   😎

Perhaps the following will help...

Printer Software

Yes, 

The Full Driver Printer Software is available for this printer and Windows 11.

It is needful to download, save, and then install the software.

The process works when the printer is (or can be) added to the network without issue.

If not done,

Install the Full Feature / Full Driver Printer Software

Open Web Pack Installation - Web Page

HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 EasyStart Printer Setup Software – Offline Use Only 

Download, Save, and Install.

After the software is installed, Restart the computer and log in

Side Bar -- HP Universal Scan

Separately,

This printer also supports the "new format" stand-alone HP Universal Scan software.

The HPUS includes the features supported in HP Scan plus "extras".

For example,

The HP Universal Scan Software also includes a "larger" main menu container -- that is, when you open the software, the menu appears larger on the screen.  This "larger view size" allows HP Universal Scan to be used in higher resolution computer screens without having to squint or use a magnifier.

Install the full driver printer software to enjoy all the benefits of the Full Feature Software, including support for printing from within Word and other software (for example, Adobe Reader, Photo editing software).

Once installed, the full driver printer software will have added one of two "container" shortcuts on the Desktop:

• Printer Assistant - named for the printer model

OR

• Scan Assistant - named for itself

Next,

The full driver printer software, once installed, will have added a shortcut icon for HP Scan. 

The shortcut for HP Scan that is part of the full driver might be named for the printer model.

Installation of the HP Universal Scan Software adds an "HP Scan" self-named shortcut icon to the Desktop.
