the printer never worked properly from the start on wireless. I had help from it peeople set it up and it never lasted more than a week or so. finally called tech support and wanted to use the cable only but he went and took control of laptop and added drivers and apps and took forever. I am not computer literate so he did a test page with wireless and one with cable. gave me 2 options iwireless and if that didnt work switch to second choice , he signed off and nothing worked. I only want to print with the usb2.0 cable and not have to go to settings. select document and hit print and it works!!
