cant seem to get this thing to connect, pulling my hair out. been trying for hours

Hi @grarefulmike 

 

Make user the printer is connected with a USB cable.

 

 

 

Then try to install the next driver:

 

* Click YES   to say thank you, 

* Click Accepted Solution when question is answered.
