HP OfficeJet Pro 8139e All-in-One Printer

my new printer, 8139e all-in-one, is connected to WiFi, but will not connect to my computer (Windows 10). I have tried using the router, unplugging the printer, restarting the computer and  using HP Smart. The printer is recognized under Bluetooth, but will not print. 

The error messages that popped up: 

Operation could not be completed: error 0x80043c02

Error code 0x80070483

I've been trying as many was as possible, but to no avail. It's been two weeks.

If your HP OfficeJet Pro 8139e All-in-One Printer is connected to WiFi but not communicating with your computer running Windows 10, here are some steps you can follow to troubleshoot and resolve the errors:

 

Check Wi-Fi Connection:

  • Ensure your printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your computer.
  • Confirm that the wireless light or icon on the printer is solid and blue, indicating it is connected.

 

Restart Devices:

  • Turn off and unplug your printer, then plug it back in and turn it on.
  • Restart your computer to clear any errors and refresh connections.

 

Use HP Smart App:

  • Ensure the HP Smart app is correctly installed from the Microsoft Store.
  • Open the HP Smart app and log in to your HP account if necessary.

 

Re-add Printer in HP Smart App:

  • In the HP Smart app, click "Add Printer" or the "+" icon and follow the instructions to re-add your printer.
  • Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your computer. HP Smart uses Bluetooth for printer setup.

 

Clear Error Codes:

  • Error code 0x80043c02 and 0x80070483 can arise from various issues such as driver conflicts or incorrect settings. It may help to uninstall current printer drivers and reinstall them.

 

Uninstall and Reinstall Printer Software:

  • Navigate to "Settings" > "Devices" > "Printers & scanners" and remove the printer.
  • Download the latest drivers from HP Software and Driver Downloads for your printer model.
  • Follow the instructions for installation.

 

Update Printer Firmware:

  • Use the HP Smart app or the printer control panel to check for firmware updates by navigating to Printer Maintenance or Advanced Settings.

 

By following these steps, you should be able to resolve the connection issues with your HP OfficeJet Pro 8139e printer on Windows 10.
