Product: Hp laserjet 500 color m551 not printing after installation
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I just unboxed a new hp LaserJet 500 color m551 printer. I tried to print out the demonstration page, RGB samples page, CMYK samples page and other pages to confirmed that the printer has the ability to print document all proof abortive. I also drived it with the current drivers for the model of the printer and still didn't work. the queueing LED keeps BLINKING, and the display keep showing PRINTING DEMO PAGE, put didn't print out any document.. also I notice that the printer production date is 13 December 2013.. I need your help
