new hp printer 9135e will not print double sided from windows 10.  However, it will copy double sided.  The print app was checked to print double sided.

• Which application or software are you using to open, view, configure, and submit the print job?

• Do you have the full driver printer software installed?

and

• What is the content type?  Document (Word), PDF, Image)...

Next,

• What is the Paper Size and Type you are using for your print job?

and - if other than standard paper size (Letter / A4) and type (Plain),

If the printer has more than one in-take Tray,

• Does the printer support Duplex in the paper size and type in the tray you are using?

and

• Is the printer aware of the Paper Size and Type?

How-to

Check the Printer Control Panel after changing paper or opening and closing the tray

OR

Use the Embedded Web Server (EWS) to check / manage paper size and type.

Open your Browser > Type / enter the Printer IP address into URL / Address bar

Section Paper > Trays > click on Tray to configure

AND (in addition and as available)

Section Print > Default Print Options > Select default tray
