new wireless connection

I need to unlock HP Officejet 6962 printer so I can add new wireless network.  I can't figure out how to do this!!  Help!

       Hello mfaust,

You must go to the printer's network settings and select the new Wifi network for your Box. You will then be asked to enter the WEP (or WPA) key of the Wifi network (written under the box if you have not changed it). Then the printer should connect to the network.

It did not work.  The printer states "This feature has been locked by the person who set up the printer".  I set up the printer.  I did not lock it.  Nor can I find a place to try to unlock it.

Select Start > Device Settings > > Printers & Scanners. Make sure your printer is turned on and connected. Select Add a printer or scanner, then follow the instructions to reinstall your printer.
